“He’s a very determined young man. He has a lot of speed. I thought he really improved as a football player this year because he took a strong leadership role on our team. He’s an outstanding young man in the community and in school. He did a lot for our program the last few years.

“I think he’s going to be the salutatorian of his class. Everything that you look for in a young man. He did it the right way. He was a pleasure to coach.
