Collins has been making the rounds to college campuses during the spring and fall, and he finally feels that he has enough information to make a college choice. He plans to announce his decision before he starts school on the 25th of August. He originally planned to announce around the Skyline spring game, but felt he needed to visit a few more schools before he made his decision.
