After the populous video was posted in the zoo a couple of days ago I think a lot of people believed that a decision had been made to renovate and keep the stadium where it is. All we really know right now is that they have selected a location for a rebuild and are now looking at renovation options. Sounds like a decision will be made sometime in the fall.

Hmmmmm. I once posted my idea for renovating and was attacked by Zoo animals and told it was not possible to renovate. So now we hire the best consultant money can buy and they are still considering renovation as a feasible option. I guess that makes all the know-it-all Zoo animals look dumb.

That aside, I personally have evolved to be convinced we should build new with minimum 120K seating.
