Postscript: On the bowl, the season & Aggie football's future

I speculated heading into the Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas that the Ags could thrive in the bowl game if for no other reason than they’d finally be playing without the heavy burden of expectations weighing them down. What you saw on Saturday during the Ags’ 33-22 win over Northwestern was a team finally having fun but still committed to winning a football game. The Aggies were playing loose and enjoying it — at practice and then on the field and on the sidelines at Reliant Stadium.
