The irony is T. Boone Pickens talking about Aggies "sobering up."
Like every other player in this docudrama known as conference realignment, Pickens appears to be too drunk on money, ego and selfishness to see the truth that sits so clearly before him.
Pickens’ money is no good here. Not here. It can’t save the league from going T. Boom. The league that helped pull his football program from oblivion is no more. Not without Nebraska, Colorado and Texas A&M.
