Baseball notes with A&M head coach Rob Childress

* Played really well this week, when they needed it most. Limped through April but have turned it around. Going 4-0 last week was great and the team played really well at home. Getting through the weekend with a sweep over Nebraska and without using John Stilson was huge.

* A&M is 6-1 over the last seven games and have done a great job of focusing on the task at hand. Because of that, it all sets up perfectly for the Aggies … facing Texas for the Big 12 title.
