The Texas A&M basketball program added the first piece to the 2017 recruiting class on Thursday when Lancaster H.S. point guard Tahjon "TJ" Starks committed to Billy Kennedy and the coaching staff Thursday evening via Twitter.
As a junior, Starks burst onto the scene at the UIL state tournament championships this spring.
