While the Aggie basketball team was taking care of business in Auburn, setting up a chance for its first conference championship in 30 years, its future point guard was putting on a show in his own championship game.

On Saturday, 2016 A&M commit J.J. Caldwell helped lead his team, the SATCH Mavericks, to an HSAA Texas State Championship. And he did it in impressive fashion, putting up a triple double — 21 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds.
