There are a number of different ways you can describe a linebacker. 

Fast. Athletic. Mean. Downhill. The list goes on and on. 

However, in my mind, the highest praise you can give a linebacker at any level is "just turn on the tape." And that is precisely how I would describe 2018 Ridge Point prospect Chad Bailey.
