The 6-1, 192-pound Manvel product made his way into College Station this weekend to check out the new-look Aggie defense spearheaded by John Chavis. The longtime Texas A&M target found what he saw very appealing.

"I was a little surprised at how much better the defense looked," Anderson said. "They look a lot better than last season and when I've seen them practice in the past. They've got some good talent too, and I think they're going to be pretty good this year. I liked the way they were playing.
