OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS (the “RULES”) FOR THE TEXAGS “YETI COOLER DRAWING”. Sponsored by Maroon & White, LP DBA (“TexAgs”).
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS DRAWING. MAKING A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES TO WIN. Drawing runs on http://www.texags.com/yeti from 12:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) on 04/08/15 to 11:59 AM CT on 04/27/15 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility: Must be a current student enrolled at Texas A&M University, and a legal resident of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Canada. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec Province, and where prohibited by law, unless otherwise noted. Employees of Maroon & White LP (“TexAgs”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives and agents, including any promotional or marketing agencies, and its and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and persons living in the same households of each (whether related or not) are not eligible.
How to enter: Go to http://texags.com/yeti during the Promotion Preiod and follow the entry instructions. Fully complete the required steps to create a TexAgs account, get an "Ag Tag" and verify that you are a current student of Texas A&M University. One entry per student. Any attempt to obtain more than the maximum allowable number of entries per person by using different or multiple identities, log-ins, any automated entry system, or any other method is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute, all entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account used in connection with the entry.
By entering this Drawing, entrants consent to the use of their TexAgs usernames for promotional purposes without compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity and in any form of media, including the Internet.
Grand Prize: ONE (1) YETI Tundra 65 (Color: Ice Blue) Cooler with black “TexAgs” logo. The single winner will be announced on April 27, 2015.
By entering this drawing, it should be understood that the prize will have been used during the on-campus event to hold ice and popsicles.
Prize must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable; no cash or other substitutions allowed by winners. All prizes are subject to availability and TexAgs reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any element thereof) for a prize of equal or greater value. TexAgs makes no representation that a prize awarded hereunder can be sold or traded at the stated value. Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied outside of manufacturer’s limited warranty.
The selected entrant will be notified by email. Selected entrant will have up to seven (7) business days following such notification to contact TexAgs in order to complete the winner verification process. If the selected entrant fails to contact TexAgs after those seven (7) business days, the prize will be awarded to an alternate entrant to be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries.
Prize will be available to pick up at the TexAgs office located at 308 George Bush Dr, College Station, TX 77845. After two (2) weeks of notifying TexAgs and completing the winner verification process, any prize not claimed will be awarded to an alternate entrant to be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries.
Any selected entrant who is not eligible or who otherwise fails to comply with these Rules will be disqualified. All entries are subject to verification prior to awarding a prize.
Prior to receiving his or her prize, the winner will be required to sign: (a) a declaration of compliance with the Rules; and (b) a release form confirming acceptance of his or her prize as awarded and releasing TexAgs, its affiliates and subsidiaries and its and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any liability relating to this Contest and/or his or her prize, failing which such person will be deemed to have forfeited his or her prize. In addition, in order to win, Canadian entrants must correctly answer, unaided, an arithmetical, time-limited, skill-testing question (which will be administered by e-mail).
Federal, provincial/state and local taxes or any other assessments and any costs or expenses relating to the acceptance and/or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Drawing Dates: The random drawing will be conducted by MiniWebTool.com (“Administrator”) to award the Prize, from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible students in the drawing. The prize winner will be selected at approximately 11:59 AM CT on the award date indicated in the promotion period.
General: By entering, participants release and hold harmless TexAgs, YETI Coolers, MiniWebTool.com and the Administrator and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from all and any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity arising out of or relating to any prize won in this Drawing, even if caused by the negligence of TexAgs. TexAgs is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Drawing-related materials; for lost, stolen, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail, or for transactions that are lost or fail to enter the processing system, are processed, reported, or transmitted late, or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper, or any other malfunction including human error. Subject to applicable law, TexAgs, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify this Drawing, in whole or in part, at any time without notice if fraud or technical failures (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of TexAgs and/or the Administrator) or any other reasons whatsoever which interfere with its conduct as contemplated by these Rules. If the Drawing is cancelled for any reason before completion of the Promotion Period, all valid entries received up to the point of termination will be included in a random drawing to award the prizes. Submitted materials become the sole property of TexAgs and will not be returned. By entering, you accept and agree to these Rules and the decisions of TexAgs and/or the Administrator which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Drawing.
ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE ENTRY SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS DRAWING MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, TEXAGS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
Force Majeure: The failure of TexAgs and/or the Administrator to comply with any provision of these Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities, labor disruption or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Rules.
