Believe it or not, the 2015 football season is right around the corner, which means it’s time to start making your travel plans for the away games at Ole Miss and Vanderbilt.
We’re excited to announce that TexAgs Travel will be offering ground packages for these two away games. Additionally, we will be providing a premium flight package and a flight-only option for ten couples to the Ole Miss and Vanderbilt games.
Three years of travel experience have allowed us to improve these trips tremendously. What follows is information regarding the trips and option differences. We want you to be a part of the TexAgs family on this trip, not from the outside looking in, but standing next to us as we continue to bring you the best coverage of Aggie football. Rest assured that our fourth year of TexAgs Travel trips are sure to be the best yet!

Trip 1: Ole Miss
Oct. 23-25, 2015
Register here — prices starting at $700 per person, $1,200 per couple
We hope you’ll join us on the travel trip this year to Ole Miss for our third TexAgs invasion of The Grove. Everyone will arrive in Memphis, Tenn. on Friday afternoon. We will be staying at the Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel, which is just a short walk from Beale Street and located on a main stop of the Memphis Main Street Trolley. Travelers will be free to explore Beale Street on Friday night after checking into the hotel with TexAgs Staff.
We will have a “TexAgs Travel Headquarters” reservation at a local sports bar and grill for our travelers to hang out and enjoy drink specials.* It will be within walking distance of Midnight Yell Practice and the official Aggie headquarters location.
On Saturday we will leave the hotel to travel an hour-and-a-half south to Oxford, Miss. TexAgs will have an exclusive tailgate set up in an easily accessible area looking into The Grove for only our travelers and sponsors to enjoy. A local catering company will provide food before and after the game and there will be bartenders serving an unlimited supply of liquor and beer products provided by Bud Light.
After the Ags BTHO Ole Miss we will travel back to the Memphis hotel and then travelers will be flying back to the great state of Texas on Sunday morning.

TexAgs is very excited to host our first ever travel trip to Nashville, Tenn. as the Vanderbilt Commodores host the Aggies on the football field. The trip will include a two-night stay at The Renaissance Hotel in downtown Nashville. This newly renovated hotel is located in the heart of the country music capital of the world and is within walking distance of many famous attractions including B.B. King’s Blues Club, Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, and Ryman Auditorium.
Travelers will check into the hotel with TexAgs staff and will be free to explore downtown Nashville on Friday evening for dinner. We will have a “TexAgs Travel Headquarters” reservation at a local sports bar and grill for our travelers to hang out and enjoy drink specials.* It will be within walking distance of Midnight Yell Practice and the official Aggie headquarters location.
The Grand Ole Opry will have a special show at the historic Ryman Auditorium from 7:00-9:00 pm on Friday night. The show is only scheduled at the Ryman for two months out of the year and is just a four-minute walk around the corner from the hotel.
On Saturday we will leave the Renaissance and drive two miles down the road to our tailgate location on the Magnolia Lawn facing Dudley Field. Travelers will be able to enjoy a fully catered, private tailgate with meals provided before and after the Ags BTHO Vandy. There will also be bartenders serving an unlimited supply of liquor and beer products provided by Bud Light.

We will also offer a ground package for subscribers to fly commercially to Memphis and join us for the rest of the weekend activities. The ground package to Ole Miss will include:- Two nights' hotel stay at Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel.
- Chartered bus transportation from the airport to the hotel for all travelers arriving at Memphis International Airport between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Friday afternoon.
- Access to the “TexAgs Travel Headquarters” at a local sports bar & grill on Friday night*
- Chartered buses to and from the tailgate location.
- Fully catered game day tailgate with unlimited food and drinks provided before and after the game.
- Chartered bus transportation to the airport between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm on Sunday morning.
Ole Miss Premium Flight Package
TexAgs will host thirteen couples to join us for a premium travel experience to Ole Miss. This option will include:- Round-trip flight from Easterwood Airport in College Station to Memphis, Tenn. on Friday afternoon (exact flight time TBD).
- First-class seating on a 30-passenger private charter flight.
- Private shuttle transportation from the airport to the hotel (for only these 30 travelers).
- Two nights' hotel stay at Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel.
- Access to the “TexAgs Travel Headquarters” at a local sports bar & grill on Friday night*
- Private shuttle transportation to and from the tailgate location.
- Fully catered game day tailgate with unlimited food and drinks provided before and after the game.
- Private shuttle transportation to the airport on Sunday morning (flight time TBD).

Game tickets will not be provided with this trip. There are quite a few tickets available in the secondary market for this game. Be sure to secure your tickets soon:

- 5:00 pm - Arrive in Memphis, Tenn.
- 5:30 pm - Arrive at the hotel and get settled into the rooms
- 1:00-7:00 pm - Ground travelers meet transportation at airport and travel to hotel
Saturday
Guests will be responsible for breakfast
- 9:00 am - Depart hotel for the game
- 11:00 am - Arrive at The Grove in Oxford
- 11:00 am - Tailgate with snacks and drinks will be set up; at this time guests can hang out at the tailgate, travel to the bars, walk around, visit, etc.
- 2:30 pm - BTHO Ole Miss! WHOOP! Guests can either stay at the tailgate or enter the game (if you leave the stadium, there is no re-admittance)
- 6:00 pm - Meet back at the tailgate where food and drinks will be set up
- 8:00 pm - Buses leave back to Memphis hotel
- 10:00 pm - Arrive in Memphis
- 9:30 am - Depart hotel for the airport
- 11:00 am - Depart airport for College Station
- 1:00 pm - Arrive in College Station
