Aggies extend offer to JUCO linebacker Tyree Horton

The Latest: 2016 Highland (Kan.) C.C. LB Tyree Horton

On Wednesday A&M extended its first known 2016 defensive JUCO offer, to Highland C.C.'s Horton. The Florida State commit is a 6-0, 225-pounder who the Aggie staff will pursue at outside linebacker. Horton tells me he'll graduate in December and be ready to go for next spring.

It was A&M DC John Chavis who called Horton and informed him of the Aggies' dire need for more impact LBs while extending the offer.
