Of course, we'll make an exception for Texas A&M once a hire is made at defensive coordinator. We'll keep this as updated as possible, and if you're a Varsity level subscriber, you can contribute or view the source thread here.

Yep thought the same thing.
My thought is that adding those would make it insanely complex. Once things really get rolling (there will likely be 3 major positions open very soon - Florida, Michigan and Nebraska), the domino effect on head coaches alone will make this map pretty complex as it is.

Here's a look at last year's (that was never even fully completed):



USC alone affected Washington, Boise State, Arkansas State and North Carolina. What if Les Miles took the Michigan job? An even BIGGER job would open in that instance. There's also just too much coordinator shuffling to keep track of it all, especially when many of those hardly hit the mainstream. Take a random school like Illinois, for example - would you really care if they fired their DC and hired Syracuse's LB coach? It's just not notable enough and would eventually ruin the graphic.

Ouch! I had a friend that played at Hoffstra in the 90's, and their program was killed in 2009. A lot of jobs were lost and a lot of kids got impacted. The former players really are heartbroken to realize the team they poured blood, sweat, and tears into no longer exists.

Just updated that one even though it's not "officially official." We're probably going to start seeing more coordinators hired at some of the lower profile jobs (Houston, CSU, even Pitt). Michigan's the only remaining open job that could cause another substantial domino effect at this point.
