What isn’t said is how much time is taken to heal which wounds.
If a month is sufficient to recover from a sore shoulder, a bad thumb, perhaps a slightly sprained ankle and a maybe even a tender shin, then Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel figures to be at this best against Duke in the Chick-fil-A Bowl.
Thirty-one days will have passed between Texas A&M’s 28-21 loss to Missouri on Nov. 30 and the Chick-fil-A Bowl on Dec.
