Heisman Hopefuls: New names emerge in midst of shakeup

Some national observers felt Johnny Manziel’s Heisman campaign came to an end in the 45-41 loss to Auburn on Saturday.
That’s not accurate, but there is no doubt Manziel slipped in the race.
He had a strong game with 454 yards of passing offense 502 yards of total offense. And if he could have added 18 more via a game-winning touchdown pass in the final seconds, he might have all but clinched a second Heisman.
