The phone starts ringing right when you press submit. To answer my own question, it doesn't wait for silence and just rolls, so if it goes to an answering machine you'll miss the first part of the message. This is really cool.

The only problem with this is I talk normally to mostly Aggies and this site is really only good for talking trash to my few non ag football friends.
