Saying they can't be outside at all was a bit of an exaggeration on my part, but anytime you let them out in triple digits and exert themselves, you are taking a risk with their health. I have heard stories of dogs being outside for 15 minutes and dying...
It probably depends on the dog's personal health history and how much energy they exert. They also have to have water constantly if they are going to be outside. Like I said, I want to know how long Tech XX was left outdoors.
My guy can go outside and lay down but stories like this make me so nervous. When I walk him in the morning, it's for about 10 minutes max and he still comes in panting like his life depends on it.
If you watch them at games, they stay in custom doghouses the majority of the time with A/C, and will sit on giant blocks of ice. They also need water constantly.
