I'm at Holister and 290 and definitely saw the funnel cloud. It started growing towards the ground for a little bit but then got torn apart.

That's about when I was out grocery shopping and I was looking at the clouds thinking they looked ominous. I had already seen the funnel cloud warning, so I was on the lookout for anything that looked off.
