Did Mike Slive give you a dirty sanchez while you were asleep? Haters are gonna hate, and 20% of ALL fanbases are bitter for whatever reason. But don't confuse them with the 80% that are normal. Most of them will pull for fellow SEC unless directly affected.

It's a nice league with a few great teams. Like op said, we're in, but we wont be one of those great teams for a while if ever. Stop with the eReacharounds.

The OP explains the negative attitude amongst schools and teams that contributed to the Southwest Conference's demise in the 1990s and is contributing to the Big XII-2-1+1-1+1?'s demise.
We as Aggies are going to have to get past our archaic mindset that teassip or other conference team failure = Aggie success. And, yes, I am guilty as charged of this mindset and am working to change that now that we are headed to the SEC.
I am excited that the Aggies are now in the SEC, a conference that has real pride in itself and its member teams, and which expects its teams to support each other when facing non-conference foes.
SEC! and Gig 'em!
