I'm also surprised he mentioned it. I'll also agree that's about as bland a comment as he could have made, and I'm not sure what else you could possible expect.

I hate a fat woman in front of me at the last game that hissed Byrne when he was on the field. Not really sure why, but I assume it was because they didn't carry he favorite kind of nacho cheese.

It is possible that when Loftin came aboard he saw what he saw, said , WTF, and decided he was going to fix this. And by this I mean the entire University. He just led a once in a millennium move to the SEC. Changing coaches will be a heck of a lot easier than that.

One can only hope...I for one am really hoping that Sherm is our Ron Zook. Recruited fairly well and built a foundation for the next coach to come in and capitalize on. It's going to take nothing less than that for us to succeed in the SEC.

McKinney resigns also = SEC AND the end of trying to push Perry's cronies higher education "plan" to turn A&M into a teaching university from a research university. Getting rid of McKinney is the greatest thing since Rudder letting hot wimmens in.
