Does anybody have any other reason as to why we would lose to Colorado other than the fact that it is an away game?

They seem to be having QB troubles and now players are transferring with Hawkins on his way out. I don't see any other strengths besides RB for them.

The 2000 game when 0-4 Colorado snapped our 22 game Kyle Field winning streak was the day our program died. 35-21 at Kyle since.

DeQawn "freaking" Mobley

On their second play from scrimmage, Reggie McNeal connected with DeQawn Mobley, who slipped behind Buffs cornerback Lorenzo Sims. Mobley made the catch and looked like he'd score. Instead, he fumbled without being hit and the Buffs recovered. The turnover went down as a 60-yard gain, which helped make A&M's rough night on offense look a little better on the stats page.

4-8 isnt unreasonable. 3 OOC games and Iowa State are the only "gimmees" o the schedule, and even then we might struggle in a couple of those games.

I think we go 6-6, but 4-8 is certainly possible.

We went 4-8 last year and will be worse this year, pretty simple. And the great thing about having no defense is that there are no "gimmes."

Obiozor, Bennett, and Goodson were our best players. Dixon, Arkeith Brown, Devin Gregg were above average on our defense.

Not a pessimist.

My hope/expectation is 6-6. Nothing more, nothing less.

I think it's equally delusional to not be able to see that we could win only 3-5 games this year. We have many question marks considering our OL, LB's, injury status, and the number of true freshmen that will receive PT.

I'm hopefully OPTIMISTIC that we get to a bowl game this year.

From what I'm hearing CU is in general disarray.

They have Coaches bolting too.

Obiozor was as streaky as they come and Goodson was hurt half the year

Alton Dixon was okay as long as he didnt have to cover anyone past 10 yards. Devin Gregg didnt even start most of last season. Brown was a pretty good, but no better than Frederick or Judie

Hawkins lack of success at Colorado surprised me. I still think he is a good Coach and may turn it around yet. He may just be cleaning house, maybe to late.

If there was ever a year Aggie football could sneak up on anyone it is this year.

In '05 we were overrated due to the hype behind Reggie. This year we might be decent, we might be awful. It's all up to the team this year.

I think we have solid shots at road W's at KSU and at CU.

If you look at the losses for each, I don't see how either team is any better than they were last year.

CU lost a major contributor at WR just last week. He elected to transfer to a school with a different (I kid you not) music major.

KSU won't have Freeman. Their D was a sieve and without Freeman they have nothing on offense.

CU defense will be even worse than A&M's in 2009. A&M has a very very lucky schedule vs the North this season. I don't see any possibility of A&M not making a small bowl at all.
