I'm surprised people want Spinelli because its clearly the right choice, and I think of texags basketball forum as being a bunch of doofi.

I'm surprised, too. And I'm not one. He may be great, but I would like to think we have at least risen to the point where we don't take risks on unproven assistants.

yeah doc sadler needs to be dropped from the HC convo. I'm not real high on Tad Boyle either.

First, those options blow as another poster mentioned.

Second, why is everyone so high on Spineli? Do we really want more of the same coaching and recruiting wise that we've had the past for years? Are we content with first weekend exits from the tourney? Maybe I'm off base for actually wanting us to win some championships whether they be big 12, big 12 tourney, or NCAA tourney.
