Well, all things considered and although it is a bit pricy and a bit over long.."O". You will never see nor have you ever seen anything like it.

Old fashion (topless review, but great show) Vegas Show..Juibalee.

One man show...Danny Ganns...singing impressionist.Entertainer of the year so many times it's hard to keep track)

Bit younger, but fun...Blueman...don't sit in the first 5 rolls...you'll get "blue gunk" on you.

Uptown...Phantom of the Opera

Elvis...that guy Trent "something" down at the Sahara...GREAT SHOW. Can't recommend this enough for Elvis fans.

Magic....David Copperfield...simply increadable.(don't let your girl catch the pickle...it means he wants a date with her)

Nostalgic...An Evening with Frank, Sammy and Dean...lots of fun, esp. if you remember the 60's, early 70's.

After that all the Circ's are great(most big Circ lovers still like Mysteir(sp) better), and lots of people like the major singing acts around town like Celon. Pick your favorite and they might be in town, from Rock Bands to Folk music.

Even just the lounge acts or the bar bands can be as good as anything you can see anywhere.

And if you like to be grossed out and laugh your butt off. "The Amazing Jonathon"...magic without magic. Penn and Teller can be fun.

Frankly, I'm not sure I have ever been to a BAD show in Vegas.

For FREE..the guy downtown in front of the Gold Nugget on the Sax...fantastic!!!

I don't think you can really go wrong...just go with the type of entertainment you usually like, but everybody in the world should see "O" once before you die.

The only show I saw was Blue Man Group. I thought it was awesome. I know some of the cirque shows are probably cool, but I don't see how I would have enjoyed them more than BMG. I don't dig the Danny Gans, Wayne Newton stuff.

ive seen two shows, one was cirque de soliel show....mystique i think, it was pretty good. The other one was topless dancers doing pretty much nothing, i enjoyed it, my gf didnt, we had no idea what it was going to be but she was highly dissapointed...

The Cirque Love show is GREAT, if you like The Beatles music. I liked it better than "O". For plays, "Mama Mia" is really entertaining.

I've got tickets to LOVE in 2 weeks. I'm not a big Beetles fan but the wife is. We saw Zumanity last time we were there and it was good. The only bad show I have seen was Buck Wild but the dancers weren't too bad.

I saw "O" 3-4 years ago, and it was very good.

Vinny Favorito and you can thank me later. Trust me on this one.

The rest of the saps wouldn't know if Vegas hit em in the ass.

I have heard that Vinny Favorito is really good. We will catch him next time out.

I have seen all (I think) of the Cirque shows, Copperfield, Dion and a number of others. Love was my favorite and I would go again (even at $135 a pop) in a heartbeat.

I think you have to consider they type of show you feel like meets your needs.

Big "other-earhly" production shows like the Circs, Magic, singers, old fashion Showgirl shows, impersonators.
Pick what you like and it's there. No reason to pick something just because it's the rage.

And i was drug to it kicking and screaming.

O definitely.

La Reve at the Wynn is very good as well. It is styled after a Cirque show, and has a water theme much like O.

Ya, I didn't want to see Copperfield either...I was stupafied. Set in the middle with one arm on the stage....don't have a clue how he made that 1949 Lincoln appear two feet in front of me.

Alot of you can guess how it's done and if you are fortunate enough to be picked from the audience you may even see how some is done...but, I swear, you can't just sit there two or three feet from it and see how it's done.

I can't explain it...it's just VERY entertaining. I'll bet any show by Cirque du Soleil would be great, but I heard "O" was among the best, so that's what I saw while in Vegas and I have NO regrets. The unique thing about "O" is that the show is mostly performed in/with water. Anyway, check out a clip on youtube or something. Here's one I found:
