Notice how small "TEXAS A&M" is on the new shrink fit jerseys. That needs to be changed. And I've always been partial to white helmets.

Throwbacks: The double stripped jerseys of the mid-1979s to honor Emory Bellard. At least for one game in 2011 althought I'd like to see them or a modication brought back as standard.

If throwbacks are in the works, it likely won't be widely known until gameday or shortly before. And speaking of Gameday: If A&M is selected for a Gameday, that would be a good time for the Aggies to show up in the doubles.

The double stripes across the shoulder pads and down the sleeves. Bellard introduced them at A&M in the 1970s.

I hate black in uniforms (OSU's and tek's are in a tie for ugliest in the nation), but I actually really liked VaTech's flat black from their first game against Boise State last year.

I wouldn't mind seeing a flat maroon

From what I was told, this is as large as Adidas could make the TEXAS A&M on the new unis.

a return to the mid 70's uniform and helmet would be awesome. A&M would standout from all the other crap ass uni's you see. Simple and very sharp. And for God's sake, get rid of the maroon pants. The only negative I have w/Jackie. He busted these out and A&M got spanked 45-13. I still have the Eagle with the caption, "Aggies supply pants, UT the belt."

That smiling #43 is Texas A&M's first ever All American Joe Routt. WWII hero who was killed in action at The Battle of the Bulge. He was probably laughing at how dumb the tu sips are...if he only knew, nothing about them has changed!
