I for one am pro-waffle. The true waffle provides additional utility over the pancake, with traps for syrup and a firmer base which allows for neater eating, all the while providing the same values of pancake. In addition, you dont have to stack waffles. You dont have to move them around to get the butter to the right places before restacking them.

I think that by embracing waffle technology, our program can move into a new era of Aggie Football.

Waffles are aerodynamically unsound, trap air as well as syrup and cannot be folded over tortilla style to hold a fresh breakfast sausage or bratwurst! Plus the flexible pancake comes in a variety of sizes. I’ll take utility over the lumbering lummox that is the waffle!! Viva IHOP and Old Army!!

Waffles can vary in size and shape, and this versatility alone gives them a significant edge over the rotund drabness of the pancake. If you like crispier waffles, get a thinner waffle iron. If you prefer a big waffle that gets nice and soggy with syrup towards the end, get a thick iron. Don't have time to whip up some batter and heat up the iron? Pop a couple of Leggos in the toaster. Let's see a pancake do that.
