Provide expertise to area managers in the development and management of market research, planning, advertising, brand management and promotional goals for the department. Manage the Rec Sports brand, including implementation and enforcement of the Rec Sports Style Guide. Manage and direct marketing and advertising strategies, including special projects that include digital media, print media, list serves, etc. Develop and implement department wide assessment strategies, in coordination with area managers that focus on benchmarking and student learning/development. Provide marketing surveys in cooperation with staff members, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, make recommendations based on findings, and ensure data is collected, tabulated, and presented in a timely manner. Responsible for creating and maintaining sponsorship opportunities that aid in the development, funding, promotion and/or public relations between the Department and the Texas A&M community. Other duties as required.

Requirements
Qualifications (Required): Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Three years in marketing and/or advertising. Requires ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
Qualifications (Preferred): Master's degree preferred. Five years experience in marketing and/or advertising. PC experience that includes Excel, Access, SPSS.
