We are a specialty subcontractor whose scopes of work include: Waterproofing, Joint sealants, concrete core drilling, restoration, demolition and pourback. We also provide floor coatings and decorative concrete finishes (sandblast, stain, polishing, etc…)

We are currently looking for an organized, self motivated:

Sales/ Project Manager-Waterproofing Division Houston Area

This Sales /Project Manager will be responsible for the following day to day requirement of the position.


· Developing prospect leads

· Phone management to facilitate appointments

· Making calls/visits to prospects and existing customers

· Closing Potential Projects

· Proposal Preparation

· Follow ups

· Project Management/ Estimating when needed.



Successful Candidates will have superior customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast paced team environment. Qualified individual must have:



· Two to Ten years of experience in the Commercial construction industry

· Strong organizational skills and communication skills

· Knowledge of the overall aspect of the commercial construction process

· Ability to interact with a diverse customer base

· Must be proficient in MS Office (word, Excel, and Outlook)

· Plan reading is required

· Waterproofing experience preferred but not required

· 4 year degree preferred

Thanks, I have gotten several emails on this post and my boss should be calling them this week for a phone interview.

I hope we can bring in another Ag, we are slowly taking over the company.
