I'm gettin' on in years, but I have alot of friends my age, and some younger and older, that we are constantly doing things with. I like the fact that I can get my boat to the water in 20 mins (Gibbons). 40 mins (Somerville)

My commute is 15 minutes. TOTAL. (5 in the morn, 10 in the afternoon) In Hou it was 45 mins ONE WAY...

There are other factors too numerous to mention...

No traffic.

Close to bigger cities.

Plentiful sports (most not too expensive).

Not a bad place to raise kids (good schools, low crime rate).

Oh, and hot college-age a$$ everywhere.

It would be a great place to raise a family. But if you have graduated and aren't married, it's probably very hard to find people to date.
