How good are these two? I know they're in on OV's and the expectation is that Tyree commits. They are 3* guys who are in CC. What was their rating coming out of HS? Is there a rating cap on Juco guys. For example K.Sheffield goes from a 5* to a 3*. I'm happy to add some big bodies on the DL.
