1. Sometimes when pasting in a window on Texags, it seems like the computer "thinks" and forgets and loses what you just copied. It's happened on multiple computers I've used to post on Texags. Any fixes?
2. Is there any reason when you refresh some pages, that it goes to a certain place in the page (maybe higher up on the page) instead of the last post?

That causes the "paste" problem?
Actually, the refreshing issue on problem #2 is often from when images or especially tweets are posted further up the page... TexAgs take you back to the same post your URL was pointing to, but the images/tweets load and push everything down.
