Not really a great night at the plate for the Ags given the poor ERA they were facing. Only 2 XBH, albeit a pinch hit grand slam for one. Hitting .240 as a team isn't going to get it done in conference.

Looks like UTA went with the dreaded curve. I also think the ump had a huge strike zone that he was inconsistent with. That didn't help. Plus the wind was blowing out pretty hard. I think there were quite a few bad swings trying to take advantage of that. Especially when your playing an inferior mid-week opponent. The Ags were down in the count too many time because of this.
