The Natural - haven't seen it, but used the sound clip for the video of my son's final home run in little league; "He did it, Hobbs did it". I also used the sound clip for the video of his first home run in little league.

Just me but I absolutely despise The Natural and Field of Dreams (less corn in all of KS than either of those movies.

I do love Bull Durham, but agree about overexposed. Best (nearly) pure baseball movie (no romance, dying speech, gambling, weird-ass-psycho-girlfriends or race-relations landmark) ... Perfect Game. I watched with my 8 year old daughter on Netflix last year - she resisted but totally got sucked in and was cheering at the end. Awesome film.
