Sitting here at HTX gym between Alvin & Friendswood watching my daughter practice & Savion is working with these girls. Don't know if he is gonna be a great player or not for the Ags - but he is just a nice polite respectful young man. Can't wait to watch him play in the Maroon & White.

Welcome to Aggieland Savion. Can't wait to see you play in Reed Arena. You're going to love A&M and get a good education too.

247 has Chandler rated higher than Flagg. Chandler is definitely a top 100 kid.

Flagg: 60
Chandler: 122
Starks: 110
Casey 216

Caldwell (2016): 66

I think Flagg's athleticism is going to translate well into major D-1. He should share minutes with Hogg and maybe see some 4 and 2, depending on his defense. It will be really exciting to see RW and Flagg on the court together. Chandler and Starks should be solid back up players in their first year.

You quoted the composite ratings, im referring to their actual ratings which has him at 84 and Flagg at 96.

Anybody know if we had an incoming Aggie hoops recruit before who had hit the 1000 point scoring mark his senior season?

Gilder averaged 30.8 PPG as a senior which is just south of Flagg's 31.3 PPG

I don't trust their individual ratings as much as composite. Scout has had the best record at rating HS players, but they've recently changed ownership. Some of the talent may/may have moved to 247...

Scoring and athleticism. He and RW will be a joy to watch.

Yes they will. I hope Flagg works on his outside shot and that he's good on defense. The kid can flat out attack the rim.
