Anybody have any idea whats being developed on both sides of I-10 on the way to The Rim around the cheddars and on the other side of the highway

That mixed use property has yet to sell many lots other than Pappadeaux. BMW of San Antonio is going in just south of there though, moving from their current location near the airport.

west side of i-10 is an office complex and the new building going up is a Security Service FCU building.

the east side is landmark development as shown above. mostly office buildings.

there are three within three miles of that area, Dezavala and the Rim, and off 1604 by UTSA
