The U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship is currently taking place at Winged Foot GC in New York. Stroke play started on Saturday, with the Quarters taking place this afternoon, and the Semi and Championship matches being held tomorrow. FS1 is broadcasting a couple hours this afternoon if you want to TiVo or tune in.
Texas Aggie national champ Matt Van Zandt is playing with my friend Drew Allenpach (played at Indiana). They got the #3 seed after stroke play and just advanced to the Quarter finals. Seems like a pretty cool event, and I'm looking forward to watching the coverage when I get home later today.
