We have had a small Texags tournament at Kingwood CC for the Houston area folks. Happy to look into arranging that again for the Houston qualifier if that's of interest.

Can I play? I'm in Lubbock. I can play with West Texas Ag in Amarillo. I could also play in Midland, if anyone is there. I can ride in separate cart, so there's no rash transfer.

I don't have a current handicap. Two years ago it was 7.8 so I guess I'll stick with that, but I haven't played enough to maintain it since then.

As of right now, I've had a few people reach out to me from different regions.

We'll pick a course in Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and come up with a system for OOS-ers. The top 4 players from each region will move on to College Station. There we'll play 18 on the campus course, and best score wins. Plus a closest to the pin hole, and a longest drive just for fun.

There needs to be a net and a gross champion. Us low handicappers wont play the guys in the teens net.
