Does anyone have any suggestions for a place in Houston that could do a display for a hole-in-one ball, scorecard, newspaper clipping?

My dad had one and I'd like to get it nicely done for his birthday.

may have to order it off the website, but a quick look there showed a few different options. You should be able to customize the engraving as well to show name, course, hole, etc.

Just a FYI,

If by chance you were using a Titleist ball or club you can register your hole in one with them. They will send you free a nice ball holder in a wood base with clear plastic cover with the information engraved also included there will be a medal on a leather strap with the same information that you can attach to your golf bag.
