same club (5 wood)...

hooked it left. looked like it was going out of bounds (someone's backyard)...

so I hit the provisional (which went it the hole).

so I never looked for the first one...

BTW - still haven't had a hole in 1 and i'm 54 yrs old...

my buddies tried to get me to buy the drinks but I refused....

If you're knocking them down from 219, you really don't need that backyard wonderland. You should donate its use to TexAgs users.

Ah I didn't know if maybe the 1st shot was a different club selection that maybe was misused in the circumstance (i.e. Trying to nut a long rather than ease or smash a wood)

I wouldn't have bought drinks either.

My Grandpa died at 94 and if you'd asked him if he had a HIO, his reply "three, plus a hole in three". Every single time. It cracked me up, but I gotta think it counts close. You should've bought Pearl for every one.
