Typically in very good shape, and I'd call it average difficulty. Except for #9. #9 is a motherless, heartless, evil piece of land. Trouble on both sides of the fairway, trouble near the green, and what gets me the most is that I'll hit a pretty good tee shot but still find myself screened by a big tree that is in front of a pond up near the green. Actually, the finishing holes on both 9's are capable of wrecking a pretty good card. #18 is a dogleg right with a pond that runs the length of the hole left and trees/creek on the right. Definitely doesn't fit my right to left tee shot well.
Fun course though. Quite a bit of variation that challenges all aspects of your game.
