Man , I sure do miss those good ol' steel spikes. Great traction , and fun trying to get the mud out of between the cleats by slapping each shoe together like a seal slaps his big paws.
Also there was an art form in walking on tile clubhouse floors with them own while carrying a few cups of beer in your hands.
Plus they just looked good , especially the old wingtips.
