I almost feel it is better for the Aggies if he is canned soon.

I would think tu would lose out on more recruits if Strong leaves. Also, they are playing alot of sophomores right now. I think they will be much better next year no matter who is coaching. I'm still not convinced Herman is better than Strong.

We definitely want him out. Strong is building a powerhouse program. The best thing that could happen for us is if they pull the plug on him. If they give him a few more years, I shudder to think what would happen....

He is killing us in recruiting and has the 18 wheeler package. His guys are onky sophomores. He is building a powerhouse the likes we haven't seen on the 40 acres in some time. The best thing for us would be for the sips to can his ass, it'll set them back another half decade.

To the extent it affects recruiting it affects A&M. I'm more concerned with Herman's recruiting prowess so I'd rather the sips keep Strong.

I hope Charlie finds a way to get bowl eligible. It almost ensures the mainstream media goes crazy with the racism allegations if he is fired after 3 years.

But I hope they keep him another year. I think he is the wrong coach for that program.

Let me explain something to you OP.

One does not just walk into Austin and roll out 5 core values...

It takes a certain type of man, leader, COACH to do it like Charlie Strong. These core values are EXACTLY what were needed on the 40 acres. He's an agent of change...

Give him a lifelong contract and let him do work!
