WVU squeaked by a weak BYU (1-3) team.
Iowa State beat San Jose (I think..?) by a pretty wide margin. I think it was around 25 if I remember correctly.
K-State shutout Missouri State (not even slightly impressive).
And Baylol beat Okie Lite by 9.
It was a pretty quiet day for the mid-major conferences.

Honestly, if there was ever a team/conference to lose a BYE week, it'd be this one with t.u./BDF. Terrible terrible showing.
