Are there very many student rentals that far out? Interested, but I'm about 1,300 miles away and you'll probably have a half dozen other interested people within an hour drive by the end of the day.

Yes, this street is mostly students. I own the house next door as well as a duplex on the street and they both rent very easily to students.
