Riverfront you did not make a mistake a moderator did. Apparently someone did a drive by and did not know the proper posting policy. This is directly from the pinned thread at the top of the forum.

It was a rookie mistake as I also said no rookie posters can make a post about for sale or lease properties.
Thats probably why it was deleted.
