Does anyone know if I receive the same Premier Access benefits on Copa Airlines if I have Premium Silver status with United (like preferred check in)? I thought I read somewhere that I do, but I can't seem to find the information online. I'm just trying to plan how early to get to the airport in the morning. Thanks!

Previously it worked for us here. I assume you are going to Latin America so I would not expect the same privilege from our experience, possibly.
I'm flying from Guatemala to Colombia. I booked the ticket using United miles.
You can ask on the united forum on flyertalk & probably get a quick response
