Looks like we declined his option

I'm not surprised in that his salary certainly didn't fit his output. His signing was always a head scratcher for me. But now we're really thin up top.

As in, Tesho, then Coy Craft? Who has like 10 first team minutes?

Got Urruti in the re entry draft. He's better than Tex and Perez (at this point in his career) but I really hope he isn't the player the FO is expecting to push us over the top. He's South American and not a DP tho so I suppose that means he is right up our MO

Every time I've seen the guy he looked dangerous and I questioned his playing time in Portland. I hope we use some of that extra $800k the league is throwing around to pick up a quality starter at the position but he's an upgrade over Texeira.

At first I was pretty upset about helping the Galaxy so much (desperately need a keeper upgrade), but that clears up a lot of room by dumping a player who wasn't going to be ahead of Jesse. We will see what they do with it
