I'm in north Ft. Worth but could meet most anywhere if you are interested. Just need to know soon because garage sale starts tomorrow and they are in it.

How hard are these to replace? Did you do it yourself? We're buying a house that has a noisy old one and could use a new one.

Takes about 2 hours and is super easy to replace. I did it with a 2 minute assistance from my wife.

These are definitely new but I wouldn't say they are quiet. That is why I replaced them.
