I've been interested in purchasing one of these for my classroom at school. I won't be able to buy from you since you aren't an approved vendor...but, I'm curious about why you are selling? How do you like it?

1. I am selling because one of our friends we know has one and we started using his. At that point, he had not let us use it (and we had not discussed it). It was purchased months before we make sausage and was too late to be returned.

2. It works great (attached to the grinder). Never tried with hand crank. It probably works best with slightly under 50 lbs but that probably depends on the grind of the meat and how compact the grind is when put in the mixer.
