My wife and I will be coming to CS for the Mississippi State game (arriving 10/2 and departing 10/4). Rather than book a hotel at $300/night, we thought we would make things a bit more interesting. We own a 3/2.5 condo directly on the water (bayside) on South Padre Island. We would entertain a property swap for that weekend for a property of equal amenities (just two of us, so it doesn't need to be huge).
